I handle all the details of the home buying/selling process and offer guidance wherever necessary including warranties, repairs, contract review, and pricing.  As an experienced General Contractor and real estate investor, I know what can, and should, be done to a property to make it more desirable.  I am able to put this knowledge to work for you to assist with repairs that might be necessary to sell your home, to make improvements on newly purchased homes or investment properties, and to evaluate potential real estate purchases.
